At Vintage Chinese Watches, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Every watch is carefully inspected and fully serviced before it reaches you. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, which is why we offer a straightforward and transparent return process.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible vintage watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your return request must be submitted within this period, and the item must be shipped back promptly after receiving return authorization.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the watch must:

• Be in the same condition as when delivered
• Show no signs of wear, alteration, or additional damage
• Include all original accessories (box, strap, papers, and any other included items)
• Be returned in its original packaging with adequate protection for safe shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@vintagechinesewatches.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Pack the watch securely and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the watch. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different watch, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
