- Story and significance: as the birthplace of China’s first wristwatch, Tianjin produced the WuYi in more than 100 dial variations, many characterized by a distinctive Art Deco style that remains highly prized by collectors. This example features a rare champagne dial with an even-number Arabic numeral configuration, one of the more unusual and visually appealing WuYi variants. Produced during the earliest and most historically significant period of WuYi production (circa 1958–1960), it is an exceptionally scarce survivor. While not in perfect condition, it remains remarkably original, and examples like this are rarely encountered today
